30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (With Warranty Only)
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee only for customers who have purchased our optional warranty at checkout.
If you did not purchase the warranty, your order is not eligible for a refund under the 30-day guarantee.
Returns Required for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned to us in its original condition.
We do not issue refunds without receiving the returned item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Handmade Product Restocking Fee
All of our products are handmade with care. Because of this, a percentage of the final sale amount will be deducted from your refund to cover production and handling costs.
This percentage may vary depending on the item and condition of the return.
Shipping Delays
Please note that we cannot guarantee refunds due to shipping delays.
International and domestic shipping times may vary and are affected by customs, couriers, and other factors beyond our control. Delays caused by shipping carriers do not qualify for refunds.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
